When completing a purchase with ViaBill you may be required to connect your bank account. This is to ensure you have sufficient funds to complete the purchase.

If you receive a message regarding insufficient funds to complete the purchase, this may mean that either you do not have sufficient funds in your bank account to complete the order or you are purchasing above ViaBill's maximum credit limit of $300.
