Sometimes you may receive a decline due to our identity verification requirements (Know Your Customer). Typical reasons for this could be that the address does not match what is available on public sources and the system wasn’t able to verify the information you provided. 

We are obligated by Anti Money Laundering regulations to approve or reject based on the verification of the information provided. 

At this time, the outcome of the identity verification system is final, and we are unable to manually verify or assess a customers identity.
