How do I update my payment methods?

  1. Login to your MyViaBill Portal
  2. Click on Cards
  3. Add your new payment information
  4. Click Submit*
  5. Reach out to support to update the default to your new payment method

*ViaBill requires at least one payment method on file at all times. You will not be able to remove your old payment method until a new payment method has been added and verified. Reach out to support to update your default payment method once you have added new information.

Your monthly installments will be charged via the connected bank account by default. You can always manually pay off your installment and select the card on file if you wish to use this. For instructions of this please look at How do I pay off my balance?
