- Log into your My ViaBill Portal
- Navigate to the Cards section.
- Add your new card information then click continue.
- If you have two cards on file, you can select Edit and then use the trash can icon to delete the other card.
*ViaBill requires at least one payment method on file at all times. You will not be able to remove your old payment method until a new payment method has been added and verified. Reach out to support to update your default payment method once you have added new information.
To connect a checking account, you can do this via your Payment section.
A checking account will be used as a fallback payment method if your card payments are unsuccessful for a monthly installment. However, You can select to have your checking account used as your default payment method once connected.
- Select ‘Connect your bank account from the Payments tab.
- Follow Plaid’s secure set up to connect your bank.
