How do I update my payment methods?

  1. Log into your My ViaBill Portal

  1. Navigate to the Cards section.

  1. Add your new card information then click continue.

  1. If you have two cards on file, you can select Edit and then use the trash can icon to delete the other card.

*ViaBill requires at least one payment method on file at all times. You will not be able to remove your old payment method until a new payment method has been added and verified. Reach out to support to update your default payment method once you have added new information.

 

To connect a checking account, you can do this via your Payment section.

A checking account will be used as a fallback payment method if your card payments are unsuccessful for a monthly installment. However, You can select to have your checking account used as your default payment method once connected.

  1. Select ‘Connect your bank account from the Payments tab.
  1. Follow Plaid’s secure set up to connect your bank.
