How do I provide feedback about a merchant?

If you are unhappy with the product or service level you have received from a merchant, please report this directly to the merchant. If the merchant is unresponsive and/or is not delivering a product or service according to their terms, please contact our support team at help@viabill.com

We suggest maintaining a paper trail for all complaints, this will help keep track of the process and can be used as reference.
