What if I haven’t received confirmation of my purchase from the merchant?

If your order has been successfully processed, you should receive an email confirmation directly from the merchant from whom you made the purchase. This will be followed by a confirmation email from ViaBill explaining your installment billing schedule and purchase info!

 If you have not received  a merchant confirmation email, please contact the merchant about your order.

If the order was not successfully processed and you see a down payment charge on your account, please note this is just a reservation charge and should be released shortly. IF you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to contact our support team.
