Why am I being charged even though I sent back the items?

As Viabill pays for orders in full to the merchant when you complete your order, we need to wait until the merchant has cancelled and refunded the order before we can make changes to your payment plan.

If you have been charged and you sent the item back, it may be that the merchant has not received it yet. You will need to discuss this with the merchant.

If you have sent this back and the merchant claims they refunded your order yet you were still charged, send us an email at help@viabill.com and we will look into this for you.
