If the items are out of stock then the merchant can reject the order. If this happens you will have the initial down payment released to you after 7 days.
If the merchant accepted the order, and later found out the items are out of stock then they can cancel the order and issue a refund.
When Viabill receives the refund, we will return any funds owed to you within 5-10 business days.
